The 2026 Big Draft is where purpose meets energy. In partnership with the NFL’s Inspire Change initiative, we are growing the team of mentors who are changing the trajectory of young people across our community. At Big Brothers Big Sisters, we believe one consistent adult can make all the difference. Mentorship builds confidence. It creates belonging. It opens doors. And it strengthens our entire community. On April 23, we are bringing our Bigs together and inviting new ones into the movement.
Expect Raising Cane’s, raffles, a bar, and a special appearance from an alumni Arizona Cardinals players. But more than that, expect connection. Real stories. Real impact. Real people who choose to show up. If you are already a Big, bring someone who should be. If you have been thinking about mentoring, this is your moment to lean in. No long program. No pressure. Just a community that believes in showing up for the next generation.
