Tee Up for Kids 2024 was an amazing day full of golf, friends, and fun! On Saturday, May 18th, more than 180 golfers gathered at TopGolf in Scottsdale for the tournament presented by Amazon. The morning started out with a delicious breakfast buffet and drinks provided by Stotz Equipment. Participants had the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a fabulous golf package or a summer fun package that included a cooler full of drinks. Attendees also had the chance to bid in our silent auction, which included over 60 packages with amazing items from all over the valley. 30 teams of golfers competed in two rounds of golf throughout the morning. All golfers received swag bags stuffed with incredible items from our sponsors. The day concluded with an awards ceremony where our top team from Stewardship Wealth Advisors received a Platinum Membership to Topgolf! Our 2nd place team was a group from QuikTrip, and our 3rd place team came from Savers!
Some of our matches were able to attend Tee Up For Kids this year, courtesy of WL Gore & Associates and Hensley Beverage Company, who donated their golf bays back to BBBSAZ! A fun time was had by all Bigs and Littles in attendance!
This year’s Tee Up for Kids tournament brought fun for both professional and recreational golfers. More than $70,000 was raised in support of BBBSAZ’s mentoring programs. Whether you sponsored, donated, bid in the silent auction, or joined us at TopGolf, we are so grateful to have your support!
