BBBSAZ Announces New Board Chair & Executive Committee

PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 22nd, 2024) – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ), one of the largest Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in the United States, appoints a new Board Chair and welcomes a new Executive Committee.        

Jenny Holsman Tetreault will serve as the new Board Chair. Jenny currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for TPI Composites, a global wind-blade manufacturer with locations throughout the United States, Europe, China, India, and Mexico. She is responsible for the company’s global anti-corruption program, litigation, mergers and acquisition, HR and employment matters, supply chain and procurement, commercial and contract negotiation, Field Services, IT, ESG, and domestic/international regulatory compliance. 

Jenny is extremely active in the community and serves on many other non-profit Boards. In recognition for her work in the community, Jenny was honored as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2024, a Woman of Achievement in 2023 by InBusiness Magazine, as the Corporate “Organization Advocate of the Year” by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2021, and one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” in 2020 from AZ Business Magazine. Additionally, she was a “Spirit of Philanthropy” recipient by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2018 and was recognized as one of the “Top 10 (National) Attorneys under 40” by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2017. 

Jenny is surrounded by an incredible team, including her husband Colin Tetreault, her ten-year-old son (Connor), and her eight-year-old daughter (Madeline). As a family, they have completed a successful Match to a Little Brother through the BBBSAZ mentorship program. 

Additional Executive Committee members: 

Matt Manoogian will serve as the Incoming Chair. Matt is Co-Owner/Founder/Realtor at Good Company Real Estate and serves as a Big Brother through a Couple Match. 

David Jackson, Partner, Lewis Roca will serve as Governance Chair. David is a former Big Brother and has served on both the Young Professionals Council and the Board of Directors for BBBSAZ. 

Kelly Rudd, Vice President, Finance, Copperpoint Insurance Companies. Kelly has served on the Finance Committee in the past and will now serve her second year as Treasurer. 

Geoffrey Nail will serve as Secretary and as a current Big Brother. Geoffrey is an Independent Broker/Registered Representative, MassMutual: Insurance & Financial Services, Northwestern Mutual: Insurance & Financial, Financial Services Coach
