At Big Brothers Big Sisters, we take pride in hiring dynamic, passionate, and talented team members who advance our mission of empowering youth through mentorship. Our team of 54 employees plays a vital role in creating impactful experiences for our participants. 

We have four primary departments: 

  1. Administration/Operations: This team ensures our systems run smoothly and that staff receive the training and tools they need to excel. 
  1. Development & Marketing (DevMark): Responsible for organizing fundraising events, managing relationships with individual donors, and creating marketing campaigns for volunteer recruitment, this team fuels our efforts to connect with the community. 
  1. Program: Focused on the direct enrollment, matching, and ongoing support of our participants, the Program Department employs industry best practices to ensure that everyone involved is informed, engaged, and supported throughout their journey with us. 
  1. Donation Center: Partnering with Savers Thrift Stores, our Donation Center team of 12 utilizes a fleet of trucks to collect gently used clothing and household items, generating unrestricted revenue to sustain our mentoring programs. 

Together, our dedicated staff—from our welcoming Receptionists to our committed Program Specialists, Drivers, and Fundraising Staff—embodies our commitment to greatness and the transformational power of mentorship.
