Phoenix, AZ (July 1, 2025) — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ) proudly announces that Matthew Manoogian, Co-Founder of Good Company Real Estate, is now serving as Board Chair of the organization’s Board of Directors.
A longtime advocate for youth mentorship, Manoogian has been deeply connected to BBBSAZ for over two decades. His journey with the organization began at age 25 when he volunteered as a Big Brother and was matched with a 6-year-old boy named Marcus. Now 27, Marcus remains a cherished part of Manoogian’s life—proof of the lifelong impact that mentoring relationships can have.
In 2019, Matt and his wife Natalie furthered their commitment by becoming a Family Match to a young boy named Ethan. At just 7 years old, Ethan joined the Manoogian family and quickly bonded with the couple and their two daughters, Avery and Olivia. Now 13, Ethan continues to grow within a nurturing and supportive family dynamic, underscoring the transformative power of consistent, caring relationships.
Manoogian has served on the BBBSAZ Board of Directors since 2019, bringing both professional leadership and lived experience as a mentor. As he steps into the role of Board Chair in 2025, he brings with him a personal passion for the mission, a deep understanding of the community’s needs, and a vision for expanding the agency’s impact across Central Arizona.
